Violet Eden is Grigori - part angel, part human. Her destiny is to protect humans from the vengence of exiled angels. Knowing who to trust is key but, when Grigori reinforcements arrive, it becomes clear everyone is hiding something. Even Lincoln. The only thing Violet does know: Phoenix's hold over her is more dangerous than ever. The race to find the one thing that could tilt the balance of power brings them all to the sacred mountains of Jordan, where Violet's power will be pushed to the extreme. And the ultimate betrayal exposed.

I'm speechless. If you thought Embrace was good, Enticed will knock off your socks and leave you murmuring an endless string of 'wow's. I can't pinpoint exactly why this book is amazing, but it probably has something to do with the wonderful character development and the high levels of action. We're able to dig deep into the history and mythology of the angel world and I absolutely loved it. Enticed provides a rich and authentic experience that promises a fantastic third book!

Enticed introduces us to a slew of new characters. Nyla and Rudyard are partners who are over 400 years old, Zoe and Salvatore are partners who seem to be quite mismatched, while Spence's partner has yet to become of age. What can I say? All five additions to the cast are amazing. Their personalities are different, yet very complementary, and the large amount of characters make them seem like a family; one filled with trust, love, care and deception… Lincoln and Magda have a secret agenda and their personal investigations are the source of much grief. Punching bags may be needed! Luckily, Spence is a wonderful character who provides us with lots of entertainment and a humorous outlet.

Once again, important pieces of information are revealed to us in the conclusion, both very good and very bad. The climax of the novel is written exceptionally well and the build up is spread evenly throughout the book. In fact, Enticed could have been three books since there are multiple important climaxes! The novel ends with hope and Emblaze will be magnificent if we continue at this high standard. The ending is breathtaking as the mysteries all finally tie together!
