If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? Why and to what? Warn for spoilers!
Do I even have to say it? The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins. Look no further if you haven't read this series!!
*giving you time to avert your eyes*
*and some more*
So, killing Prim abruptly and without reason - unnecessary. Shipping Gale off to work in whatever district - unnecessary. Shipping Gale off to avoid having to wrap up the love triangle - unnecessary. Jumping into the future with Peeta and Katniss married to avoid having to show the mend of their relationship - unnecessary. Finishing the book loveless and hopeless- unnecessary. This series had a good love triangle, with two very worthy and capable boys. It seemed like the cheat's way out to not "solve" the love triangle at all. One sentence, other love interest gone, done. Underwhelming, much?
What are you most looking forward to this fall/autumn season – A particular book release? Halloween? The leaves changing color? Cooler temperatures? A vacation? (If your next season is other than fall/autumn, tell us about it and what you are most looking forward to in your part of the world!)
Spring's just begun! Warm sun, relaxing weekends in the backyard spent reading, the lovely smell of fresh flowers and an overall happy atmosphere. The doom and gloom of winter is leaving! Yes, I'll miss the rainy nights but I'm welcoming the sun with open arms ;) Great books are coming out this season - Crossed, Scorpio Races, Lola and the Boy Next Door, Eve, Silence, Kiss of Frost....... The list goes on ;) So very excited for these amazing books.
